1. Limited Warranty Coverage

Family Store LLC (“Deilyk.com”) warrants to the original purchaser that the frame and motor of each Deilyk electric bicycle shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for a period of six (6) months from the date of delivery.

All other components may be covered solely at the discretion of Deilyk.com after diagnostic inspection and verification of a manufacturing defect.

This limited warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state.

2. Mandatory Inspection Requirement

All warranty claims are subject to mandatory diagnostic inspection.

Deilyk.com reserves the right to:

  • Require the bicycle to be delivered for inspection
  • Charge a diagnostic fee
  • Deny warranty claims if proper inspection is not completed

No warranty determination will be made based solely on customer statements.

3. Exclusions and Limitations

This warranty does NOT cover any damage, failure, or malfunction resulting from:

  • Failure to follow assembly, operation, or maintenance instructions
  • Improper use, misuse, abuse, or negligence
  • Commercial or rental use
  • Unauthorized modifications or alterations
  • Installation of incompatible or non-original parts
  • Operator error or overloading
  • Electrical damage, including:
    • Use of non-original chargers
    • Voltage irregularities or surges
    • Unauthorized electrical modifications
  • Water intrusion, moisture, or condensation
  • Exposure to rain, snow, mud, or high humidity
  • Dust, sand, or debris entering components
  • Extreme temperatures below –10°C or above +45°C
  • Improper storage or lack of maintenance
  • Impact, drops, or external force
  • Acts of God (fire, flood, lightning, etc.)

Any evidence of the above will result in immediate warranty denial.

4. Motor and Electrical System Protection

Motor, controller, and electrical systems are covered ONLY IF:

  • No signs of water intrusion
  • No evidence of overheating, short circuit, or abnormal voltage input
  • No internal contamination (dust, sand, foreign particles)
  • No tampering, disassembly, or unauthorized access

Deilyk.com reserves the right to disassemble and inspect components.

If any external cause is detected, the warranty is void.

5. Lighting and Accessories

Lighting systems, connectors, external wiring, and accessories are considered non-essential components and are not covered unless failure is directly caused by a verified internal system defect.

Loose connections, disconnected cables, or external damage are not covered.

6. Battery Warranty

The battery is covered for six (6) months only against verified manufacturing defects.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Improper charging or storage
  • Deep discharge or overcharging
  • Exposure to heat, cold, moisture, or fire
  • Use of non-approved chargers
  • Normal capacity degradation over time

7. Service Conditions

  • Warranty does NOT include on-site service
  • Customer is responsible for delivering the bike for inspection
  • Service visits are available for an additional fee
  • Labor and installation are not covered under warranty

8. Claim Procedure

To submit a warranty claim, the customer must provide:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Serial number
  • Clear photo and/or video evidence

Deilyk.com may request additional documentation.

Claims without sufficient evidence will be denied.

Replacement parts are provided only after approval.

9. Shipping of Warranty Parts

Approved warranty parts will be shipped via standard ground services.

  • Expedited shipping is not guaranteed
  • Adult signature may be required
  • Shipping is limited to the 48 contiguous United States

Deilyk.com does not cover labor or installation costs.

10. Unauthorized Repairs and Modifications

Any of the following will VOID the warranty immediately:

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Opening sealed components
  • Installation of third-party parts affecting system integrity

11. Limitation of Liability

Family Store LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of use, time, or inconvenience
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Any claims beyond repair or replacement of verified defective parts

12. Legal Notice

This warranty is provided in accordance with applicable U.S. laws.

To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties are limited to the duration of this limited warranty.

13. Software, Settings, and Operating Parameters

Any modification or deviation from factory-set parameters in the bike’s control system will VOID the warranty.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Changing speed limits or unlocking higher speed modes
  • Modifying power output or acceleration
  • Accessing or altering advanced or hidden system settings
  • Operating the bike under extreme load, high-speed, or high-stress conditions

If diagnostic inspection reveals altered settings or abnormal usage, the warranty claim will be denied.

Repair may still be available at the customer’s expense.

14. Customer Conduct and Right to Refuse Service

Deilyk.com reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at its sole discretion.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Abusive, aggressive, or disrespectful language
  • Harassment, threats, or intimidation
  • Unreasonable or excessive service demands

In such cases, Deilyk.com may:

  • Require communication via email only
  • Refuse further service, including warranty-related requests

Prior assistance does not obligate continued service.

15. Disclaimer of Use and Consequential Damages

Use of the product is at the sole risk of the customer.

Family Store LLC shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from the use or inability to use the product, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of time, inconvenience, or transportation costs
  • Loss of income, business, or opportunity
  • Costs of alternative transportation or rentals
  • Any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages
  • Any personal injury or property damage resulting from improper use, misuse, or failure to follow instructions

The customer assumes full responsibility for the safe and proper use, operation, and maintenance of the product.

Under no circumstances shall Family Store LLC be held responsible for any claims beyond the repair or replacement of verified defective parts as outlined in this warranty.
