1. Warranty Coverage

Family Store LLC (“Deilyk.com”) warrants to the original registered purchaser that each Deilyk electric bicycle shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for a period of six (6) months from the date of delivery.

This limited warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
It does not extend to any subsequent owner, reseller, or transferee.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state.

2. Exclusions and Limitations

The warranty does not cover damage, failure, or loss resulting from any of the following:

• Failure to follow assembly, operating, or maintenance instructions.

• Accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect.

• Commercial or rental use.

• Unauthorized modifications or alterations.

• Installation of incompatible or non-original parts or accessories.

• Operator error or overloading beyond rated capacity.

• Water intrusion, exposure to rain, snow, mud, or high humidity.

• Extreme temperature exposure below –10°C or above +45°C.

• Improper storage or failure to perform regular maintenance.

• Normal wear and tear of consumable components (see Section 4).

• Acts of God (fire, flood, lightning, etc.).

3. Warranty Territory

This warranty applies only within the 48 contiguous United States.
It does not apply to orders shipped or used in:
New York State, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or any other U.S. territories.

Warranty parts are shipped only within the 48 contiguous states.

4. Parts Covered by Warranty

Covered components include:

• Frame

• Front fork

• Motor

• Controller

• Display (excluding water damage)

• Pedal-assist sensor

• Electrical wiring harness

• Battery (under limited terms)

• Hydraulic brake system (excluding pads)

All other parts, including (but not limited to) tires, tubes, rims, spokes, chain, belt, brake pads, rotors, reflectors, grips, pedals, seat, or cosmetic components are classified as wear items and not covered under this warranty.

5. Battery Warranty

The battery is warranted against manufacturer defects for six (6) months.
This warranty does not cover:

• Damage from power surges or use of third-party chargers.

• Improper charging, storage, or maintenance.

• Exposure to water, fire, or freezing conditions.

• Normal capacity loss due to age or use.

6. Warranty Claim Procedure

To submit a warranty claim, you must contact us at:

Each claim must include:

• The order number and proof of purchase.

• Clear photographic and/or video evidence showing the issue.

• A visible serial number of the product.

Warranty claims without photo/video proof or serial number will not be processed.

Deilyk.com may request additional documentation to assist in proper diagnosis.

Replacement parts will be sent only after verification and approval of the claim.

⚙️ If the required part is temporarily out of stock, fulfillment time may be extended until the part becomes available.

7. Shipping of Warranty Parts

Approved warranty parts will be shipped via standard ground services (UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or USPS).
Expedited shipping is not available.

All warranty shipments require a valid physical address with adult signature upon delivery.

Replacement parts will not be sent outside the 48 contiguous U.S. states.

Deilyk.com will not compensate for time or labor spent replacing or installing parts.

8. Unauthorized Repairs and Returns

Any unauthorized repairs, alterations, or disassembly void the warranty immediately.

Bikes or parts returned without prior written authorization will be refused and returned at the sender’s expense.

The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs, duties, or taxes associated with warranty service.

9. Liability Disclaimer

Family Store LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of use, time, inconvenience, or commercial loss.

• Damage arising from accidents, misuse, or environmental exposure.

• Any claims beyond the replacement of defective parts.

There is no warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose beyond what is expressly stated herein.

10. Legal Rights and Modifications

Deilyk.com reserves the right to change or update this warranty at any time without prior notice.

Any legal action or proceeding related to this warranty must be initiated within ninety (90) days after expiration of the six-month warranty period.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
